To manage HP activities at IH

Job Responsibilities

o Liaisons with all the departments in Rejuvenation
o Profiling of all the staffs (Employee database)
o Creating the Job description of each post
o Allocation of work
o Recruitment Process
o Handling employees related issues
o Orienting the new joinee
o Coordinating with HR department for completing the joining formalities and other HR requirements
o Maintaining the attendance register manually and online attendance
o Forwarding the monthly attendance sheet with ETA and OTA calculation to the HR department for Salary calculation
o Calculating and issuing the therapist tips
o Leave management
o Preparing the HR policies for rejuvenation
o Creating Process Flow
