Purpose of the Job

Good knowledge in High-level management skills/report to stack holders
Escalation manager

Job Responsibilities

The person should be very fluent in English
Good in mail communication
systematize and document the tasks that are performed
Taking individual responsibility in setting up department work
Creating work schedules, implementing and monitoring the same
Escalation with vendor and follow-ups
Telecom team internal escalations & Extracting mont wise report
Portal issues escalation and enhancement requirements by coordinating with IT
Resolving Bottlenecks in daily tasks
Should be a good team player and should guide the team
Should create Workflow documents
Handling escalation of service down between vendor and technicians, proper update within the stakeholders
escalation handling of Mobility coverage issue and resolving.

Skill Competencies : First-level management escalation
Technical troubleshoot escalations
handling user escalations
handling vendor management
knowledge in handling Call center issues,
Project coordination
Finalizing requirements with the project owner
Exploring multiple options and designing suitable solutions
Finalizing all requirements and freezing solution
Knowledge in new developments and customizations
Regular maintenance, handling complaints with respect to user requirements
Utilize problem-solving skills, creativity, and critical thinking.
Be able to develop their employees based on their individual strengths.
